Monti Lynch

Montinique Lynch, LLMSW, is passionate about the intersection of youth advocacy and community development with a demonstrated history of working with non-profit organizations, social services and criminal justice fields relating to children, youth and families. Montinique currently serves as the Program Manager for My Dream BIG Club and has been integral in organizing social events and conferences to bring communities together. Montinique earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan and her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.


Montinique is a Detroit native, who has a passion to connect with the city and illuminate the voices of its people. Montinique is focused on Trauma-Informed Care and self-care development with the individual and their environment. She has been an advocate for honing your own narrative and creating space for your mental health. Montinique has also partnered with many local nonprofits in various efforts to engage with the community and advocate the importance of Mental Health and Social Impact-
